CACS has a very rich legacy stemming from Profman Associates Management Services established in 1994, of which Mandy was a pioneer, which became part of Tan, Teo & Partners in 1995. With over 30 years of collective industry expertise, CACS is dedicated to delivering specialised and practical solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
